Ben Johnson started Ben Johnson Illustrations in 1985 in his hometown of Franklin, TN. With his keen eye for perspective and detail, Ben produces high quality hand drawn architectural renderings for architects, contractors, and builders.  With his use of pen and ink, markers and paint, he produces presentations and conceptual artwork to the clients specifications, time frame and budget. Ben has built solid relationships with his clients that have lasted for years, maintaining a high degree of integrity in client relationships and confidentiality. For these reasons, Ben was awarded the 1992 American Institute of Architects Award for Architectural Graphics by the American Institute of Architects of Middle Tennessee.

Ben produces and sells hand illustrated fine art prints of local historic landmarks in and around Franklin, Tennessee. He also enjoys producing and donating fine art prints to local charities.

For almost 25 years, Ben Johnson has provided architectural illustrations for clients in the Middle Tennessee area.  A partial list includes Lifeway Christian in Nashville, Hart Freeland Roberts Architects in Brentwood and the city government of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
